9. Shipping and Delivery

See also our Shipping Policy. We ship to addresses within the United States, and shipping is free on all orders, including tracking. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) on a business day start processing that same day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

10. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped by emailing us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it as described in section 20.

20. Refund and Return Policy

See also our Refund Policy. At Focus Decor, we want every piece you bring home to feel right in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories and manuals included
  • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

Many of our products, such as lamps and clocks, are delicate. Please pack your return carefully, preferably in the original packaging, so it arrives with us in good condition.

How to start a return. To start a return, please email us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. Our team will reply with the return address and clear instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns that arrive without prior notice.

Return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind: if you simply changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Damaged or defective items: if your item arrived damaged, is defective or is not the item you ordered, we cover all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, so you can follow your package until it reaches us.

Damaged or defective items. If an item turns out to be defective during the 30-day return window, please contact us in the same way. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover all related shipping costs.
