Focus Decor ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders. Every order is sent with a tracking number at no extra cost.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) on a business day start processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00), or on weekends and US public holidays, start processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@focus-decor.com as soon as possible. We can update your address as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, or your tracking information has not updated for several days, please email us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number. We will look into it right away and, if your package is lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@focus-decor.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
