Our Promise
At Focus Decor, we want every piece you bring home to feel right in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories and manuals included
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
Many of our products, such as lamps and clocks, are delicate. Please pack your return carefully, preferably in the original packaging, so it arrives with us in good condition.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. Our team will reply with the return address and clear instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns that arrive without prior notice.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: if you simply changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is paid by you.
- Damaged or defective items: if your item arrived damaged, is defective or is not the item you ordered, we cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, so you can follow your package until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item and let you know by email that it has been received. Your refund will be issued within 7 days after we receive your return. The refund is always made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different item? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Email us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. The same return conditions and return shipping costs apply to the item you send back. We ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack every order with care. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@focus-decor.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. If an item turns out to be defective during the 30-day return window, please contact us in the same way. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover all related shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Email us at info@focus-decor.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
